Despite everything, this album was produced on the first days of lull from that (which seemed to be eternal) rain from Porto / Portugal. Spring air, sun overhead, an image in mind and proliferating sounds of a humble work station. Edmund Elias Merhige, Begotten, and the idea of subverting the biblical logic of genesis into a non - genesis. This scene has long returned to my thoughts. We are in 2017, and the latest events feed hopelessness, Trump, Daesh, Brazilian Coup, the So-Called American Alt-Right. We've always been at the mercy of our own luck, does your conscience not hurt?

"The Holiness in flesh and blood delivered to the movement of the eternal return of the sounds and wills of the Sea. Rhythms, forms and intensities of the water: difference and life. The true life. That one which embraces death as a common destiny and at the same time so unique. The paradox of Love to finitude [...] One wants nothing to be different, not forward, not backward, not in all eternity, like the wounded feet of the humanised Christ that indulge in the kisses of the waves in an erotic rhythm. The death of God is the tragic will of loving your own destiny."
Nietzsche, Friedrich (1974). "Ecce Homo," Because I'm so smart, § 10 (1888). In? Obras Incompletas. (Transl. Rubens Torres Filho). São Paulo: Abril Cultural, Os Pensadores. p.382.
